Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to design and implement a robust lead generation system. This role requires deep expertise in no-code/low-code automation platforms and strong integration skills, especially with GoHighLevel (GHL). The ideal candidate will be able to build scalable workflows, ensure seamless platform connectivity, and deliver a stable, end-to-end automation solution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement a complete lead generation automation workflow using tools such as Clay.com, Airtable, Make.com, Zapier, Vapi, and GoHighLevel (GHL).

- Integrate data enrichment and validation tools to ensure accuracy and quality of leads.

- Develop seamless and stable integrations with GHL CRM, ensuring reliable communication across all platforms.

- Implement error handling, fallback mechanisms, and data synchronization across systems.

- Build and configure AI-powered conversational systems to enhance lead engagement.

- Deliver a fully functional automation system within 1 week.

- Provide clear documentation covering workflow design, system usage, and troubleshooting.

- Offer 4 weeks of post-launch support to maintain and optimize performance.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of proven experience with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Clay.com, Vapi).

- Hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM integrations.

- Strong understanding of API integrations and working with third-party data tools.

- Ability to design scalable, error-tolerant workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

Deliverables :

- End-to-end automation system delivered within 1 week.

- Comprehensive system documentation (architecture, workflows, troubleshooting).

- 4 weeks of post-launch technical support.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in no-code/low-code automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, Clay.com, and Airtable for building end-to-end automated workflows.

- Hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, including API integrations, workflow automation, and campaign setup.

- Strong understanding of API design, RESTful integrations, and webhook-based automation for connecting multiple platforms.

- Experience with data enrichment, cleansing, and validation tools to maintain high-quality lead databases.

- Skilled in error handling, data synchronization, and workflow optimization to ensure system reliability and scalability.

- Familiarity with AI-powered conversational tools (e.g., Vapi, chatbot builders, or AI assistants) for automated lead engagement.

- Capable of creating technical documentation, mapping process architecture, and implementing monitoring mechanisms for automation health checks.

- Strong knowledge of data structures, JSON payloads, and integration testing for troubleshooting automation issues.

- Experience with CRM pipelines, lead scoring systems, and marketing automation logic.
