Automation/Manual Tester - Regression/Integration Testing

Job Overview :

- We are looking for a Manual + Automation Tester with strong expertise in system testing, test automation, API testing, and performance testing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and possess hands-on experience with modern automation tools and scripting languages. This role demands strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end system testing, including functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as Squish, UFT, or Cucumber Studio.

- Execute and maintain API testing and performance testing activities with hands-on exposure of 2+ years.

- Work with test data automation, handling formats such as XML and JSON.

- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Use version control systems such as GitLab and Perforce for code and test asset management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across the application lifecycle.

- Continuously learn and adapt to new testing tools, technologies, and processes.

- Technical Skills Required

Must Have :

- Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing

- Scripting knowledge in Shell, Bash, or PowerShell

- Hands-on automation experience with Squish / UFT / Cucumber Studio

- Proficiency in API testing and Performance testing

- Experience working with ALM tools

- Knowledge of Linux OS / Mac OS environments

- Experience with XML, JSON, and test data automation

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Experience with GitLab and Perforce

Good to Have :

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

- Experience in cross-platform or system-level testing

- Knowledge of additional automation frameworks or testing tools
