Job Summary :
The Automation Lead will be a critical driver in transforming our QA processes through test automation, with a specific expertise in Tricentis TOSCA. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient automation frameworks, enabling faster feedback cycles and improved test coverage across various applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect, develop, and implement robust test automation frameworks primarily using Tricentis TOSCA.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing across diverse applications (web, desktop, API, SAP).
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing efforts.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to other QA engineers on TOSCA best practices and automation methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis of automation failures and ensure the reliability and stability of automated test suites.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability of applications and promote a "shift-left" quality approach.
Essential Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Extensive hands-on experience (10+ years) in test automation development.
- Deep expertise and proven experience with Tricentis TOSCA, including certified qualifications (e.g., AS1, AS2, AE1, TDS) highly preferred.
- Experience with various automation approaches (e.g., API testing, UI automation, database testing).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing testing processes through automation.
Immediate- Serving NP until Month end preferred.
