Role Overview :

Youll own the design, build, and maintenance of 10+ recurring automations across GoHighLevel, Zoho, and supporting layers like Google Sheets, webhooks, and lightweight Python scripts.

The job is execution-heavy: diagnose broken workflows, build robust integrations, and ensure data flows reliably across CRM, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain automation workflows inside GHL (pipelines, triggers, custom actions, webhooks).

- Set up and optimize Zoho CRM/Zoho Flow automations for lead routing, enrichment, sequences, and reporting.

- Create supporting logic with Google Sheets, formulas, and Apps Script where needed.

- Use Python for tasks that go beyond nocode (API polling, data cleaning, custom transforms).

- Integrate 3rd-party APIs, handle auth, error-handling, and re-tries.

- Debug, refactor, and document existing automations.

- Ship 10+ automation tasks per month with clear success criteria.

Requirements :

- Proven experience with GoHighLevel and Zoho (CRM/Flow/Creator).

- Strong understanding of automation logic, triggers, conditions, retry logic.

- Comfortable with APIs, JSON, and webhook-based integrations.

- Working knowledge of Python (not advanced, but enough to write small scripts).

- Strong Google Sheets skills (QUERY, REGEX, ARRAYFORMULA).

- Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into clean, reliable workflows.

- Fast execution and strong debugging discipline.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with n8n, Make.com, or other orchestration tools.

- Understanding of CRM data models and pipeline logic.
