We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer / SDET with strong experience in REST API and Web Automation testing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Java-based automation frameworks and capable of independently driving test automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test suites for REST APIs using tools like Postman and Rest Assured.

- Perform Web Automation testing using Selenium or similar tools integrated with Java frameworks.

- Independently handle test automation framework design and implementation.

- Collaborate closely with developers and QA team to improve testability and ensure high-quality releases.

- Build and maintain tools/scripts to support continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

- Work with cross-functional teams to strategize test coverage, automation approach, and quality goals.

- Contribute and advocate for a test automation roadmap, including evaluation and integration of new tools and technologies.

Must-Have Skills :

- Automation Tools : Rest Assured, Postman, Selenium (Web Automation)

- Programming Languages : Java

- Framework Development : Application Frameworks (TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle)

- Others : CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Git, Agile Methodologies

Good-to-Have :

- Experience in UI test automation using Selenium or similar tools.

- Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber.

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) or containerized setups (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

- Experience with version control systems like Git

- Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks or cross-platform testing tools
