- Platform Migration : Lead the critical project to migrate and optimize existing automation processes from UiPath to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate), ensuring functionality parity and performance improvements.

- Workflow Design : Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable automation workflows using both UiPath and Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud) frameworks.

Intelligent Automation & Cloud Integration:

- GenAI/Agent Development : Design and implement intelligent automation agents and bots using Agent Builder (Copilot Studio) to enhance process efficiency and user interaction.

- Cloud Integration (AWS) : Critically integrate automation workflows with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EC2) to ensure enterprise-level scalability, security, and cloud efficiency.

- Process Digitization : Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to analyze, streamline, and digitize core business processes ripe for advanced automation.

Maintenance & Optimization:

- Reliability : Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously enhance automation scripts for maximum reliability and performance metrics.

- Best Practices : Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, robust documentation, and proper change control management.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise :

- Mandatory Technical Stack : AWS (hands-on experience required), UiPath, Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop), and Agent Builder (Copilot Studio).

- RPA Foundation : Strong theoretical and practical understanding of RPA frameworks, workflow automation design, and process optimization methodologies.

- Cloud Integration : Hands-on experience with cloud automation principles, APIs, and CI/CD integrations for deployment.

- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and precise documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
