Work Mode : Hybrid (23 Days in Office)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Automation Engineer with expertise in Python and Selenium to join our dynamic QA Automation team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and ensuring top-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement automation test frameworks using Python and Selenium

- Develop, maintain & execute automated test scripts for web applications

- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines

- Create clear and concise test plans, test cases, and test data

- Identify test requirements, test scenarios and track defects

- Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement

- Drive automation best practices and mentor junior team members

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver

- Knowledge of automation frameworks like PyTest/Robot Framework

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
