Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, guiding them toward successful, on-time task delivery.

- Establish and enforce high standards of quality by implementing best practices and efficient testing habits.

- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching, mentorship, and effective guidance.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for robust and scalable testing frameworks.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, and manage both manual and automated testing efforts.

- Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

- Monitor, debug, and report on application performance and defects, providing clear and actionable feedback.

Technical Skills :

Mandatory Skills :

- Automation Testing : Strong, hands-on experience in automation testing.

- BDD, Java, Cucumber : Expertise in developing automation scripts using Java in a BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) framework, with a deep understanding of Cucumber.

- Shell Scripting : Proven expertise in shell scripting for automation and task management.

- Linux : Solid experience working in a Linux environment.

Nice-to-have Skills :

- Docker, Kubernetes : Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Soft Skills :

- Leadership & Individual Contribution : Ability to perform as an individual contributor while also taking on lead responsibilities.

- Independence : Capable of executing responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.

Education :
