We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with around 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, identifying bugs, and ensuring the high quality and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools like REST Assured, testNG, Maven, Cucumber, BDD framework etc.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.

- Execute regression, smoke, and sanity tests in CI/CD pipelines.

- Maintain automated test suites and continuously improve test coverage.

- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban).

- Contribute to code reviews and QA documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Experience : 2 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.

- Experience in Web service testing : Strong understanding of RESTful web services and APIs.

- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.

- Programming Languages : Proficiency in Java is must.

- Test Automation : Knowledge of building and maintaining automation frameworks.

- Experience working with Rest Assured, testNG, Maven, Cucumber, BDD etc.

- Version Control and Defect Tracking : Familiarity with tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA or similar.

- Software Testing Methodologies : Understanding of SDLC, STLC and familiarity with various testing methodologies like Agile, Scrum, etc.

Education Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, CIS, or related field
