Automation/API Test Engineer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts and API test frameworks for Android Automotive systems.

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Android services and automotive applications.

- Collaborate with development teams to validate APIs, system components, and middleware functionalities.

- Work on automation framework enhancements and integrate them into CI/CD environments.

- Debug and analyze issues across Android and automotive communication interfaces.

- Develop test cases and ensure full coverage for Android Framework and HAL layers.

- Prepare and maintain test documentation, reports, and defect logs in alignment with project processes.

- Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Proficiency in C++ and Java programming.

- Hands-on experience in Android Framework and Automotive testing.

- Strong background in Automation Testing and API validation.

- Familiarity with I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN communication interfaces.

- Knowledge of Android HAL, AOSP architecture, and embedded systems.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with test management tools, CI/CD integration, and version control systems (e.g., GIT)
