Automation Anywhere Developer - RPA

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere Developer to design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities for efficiency improvements.

- Design RPA process flows, create PDD and TDD documents.

- Create bots using reusable components, objects, and scripts for structured and unstructured data.

- Develop attended and unattended bots, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Integrate bots with databases, APIs, ERP systems, and web/cloud applications.

- Implement error handling, logging, and exception management within bots.

- Perform unit testing, participate in peer reviews, and support UAT and deployment.

- Monitor bot performance and ensure business continuity with support and maintenance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Technical Skills Required :

- MetaBots, IQ Bots, Bot Insight

- Web automation, desktop automation, Citrix and terminal emulator automation

- API Integration (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML handling

- Database integration using SQL queries

- Handling PDFs, Excel automation, email automation

Requirements :

- Understanding of .NET or Java is an advantage

- Process Discovery and Documentation (e.g., PDD/TDD creation)

- Familiarity with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, Tesseract, IQ Bot)

- Working knowledge of source control tools like Git

- Experience in Agile development environments

- Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD tools, and DevOps principles for RPA (preferred)

Soft Skills :

- Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement

- Detail-oriented with a structured development approach

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
