We are seeking a technically proficient n8n Automation & AI Workflow Specialist to spearhead our automation initiatives across the real estate and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in n8n, Azure deployments, and AI-driven automation, enabling the development of robust, reusable workflows that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy and maintain a secure, scalable n8n instance on Azure, utilizing services like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, or Docker containers.

- Design and implement modular, reusable workflows using n8n to automate cross functional business processes.

Develop advanced integrations with :

- Microsoft Teams, Outlook, WhatsApp Business API

- Salesforce (CRM workflows)

- SAP ERP (BAPI/OData/API)

- OCR engines (e.g., Tesseract, Google Vision, Azure OCR)

- AI Agents / LLM APIs for tasks like summarization, document processing, and virtual assistance.

- Build and maintain AI-driven automation use cases such as:

- Invoice OCR automation and validation

- CRM lead qualification & auto-reply workflows

- Virtual AI agents for internal ticketing or employee queries (via Teams or WhatsApp)

- Auto-segregation and filing of KYC or legal documents

- Construction site update ingestion from WhatsApp

- Enable real-time data flows via webhooks, polling triggers, and custom logic using JavaScript or Python.

- Troubleshoot and optimize workflows using n8ns execution logs, official documentation, GitHub issues, and the n8n community.

- Apply modular design principles, reuse templates/sub-flows, and ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer.

- Secure sensitive data using Azure Key Vault, environment variables, and role-based access controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience with n8n automation, including production deployment and workflow development.

- Proven experience with Azure cloud services, including App Service, VMs, Key Vault, and monitoring tools.

- Deep understanding of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, Webhooks, and JSON/XML handling.

- Experience with OCR tools and integrating them into automation pipelines (e.g., invoice or KYC processing).

- Familiarity with AI/LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain) for textbased workflows.

- Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP ERP workflows (querying, updating, automating routine actions).

- Ability to identify high-impact automation use cases across departments.

- Proficient in JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages for extending n8n logic.
