Role : Agentic AI Engineer - Hyderabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.

- Build multi-agent workflows for data retrieval, automation, and reasoning.

- Develop RAG pipelines using vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.).

- Integrate and optimize LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, guardrails).

- Create Python-based microservices/APIs for agent orchestration.

- Deploy using Docker/Podman on cloud-native infrastructure.

- Implement AI observability, telemetry, and governance.

- Work closely with Data Science, MLOps, and Product teams.

Required Skills :

- Strong Python development.

- Experience with agentic AI frameworks.

- Hands-on RAG, embeddings, vector DBs.

- LLM integration, memory systems, safety/guardrails.

- Containerization and cloud deployment.

- AI governance, evaluation, and observability.

Preferred :

- Healthcare/regulated industry experience (HIPAA/PHI).

- LLM fine-tuning, optimization (quantization, distillation).

- MLOps tools: MLFlow, Weights & Biases.
