About the Role :

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that are both intuitive and impactful. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives on design innovation and user-centric problem-solving. You will work with a team of UX/UI designers, drive design sprints, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and future-ready solutions. Your work will directly influence product direction through research, usability metrics, and data-driven insights. Responsibilities :

- Create a UX strategy on an iterative and empirical mode to align with Companys vision.

- Design thinking, User centric design paradigms should be in the DNA and should be part of everyday work life.

- Should be thinking of futuristic, scalable design ethics and should be ahead of time in terms of design philosophies.

- Work as a UX evangelist, propagating the future of planned design with every employee and customer.

- Engage in customer connects to understand the thought process of the end user and the sponsors to ensure their jobs to be done are achieved in the best way.

- Implement best practices in gauging usability through defined metrics.

- Lead a team of UX/UI designers, collaborate with developers to ideate, prototype, design & implement new product features/functionalities.

- Conduct workshops or bootcamps for getting internal stakeholders feedback and suggestions.

- Run consistent design sprints with tangible outcomes.

- Plan & execute primary user research methods.

- Deliver usability report metrics regularly and improvements made by the UX iterations.

- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Design or Equivalent experience in building complex business use cases for the B2B space.

- Working through extensive design sprints across various stages of design thinking methodologies Research, Ideate, Analyse, Prototype, Usability Testing.

- 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in design for web/mobile apps through extensive research & collaboration with Product Engineering teams.

Required Skills :

- Fluency in mobile/web-app based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

- Extensive knowledge on heuristic principles, implementation & usability testing methods.

- Experienced with human-computer interaction (HCI), Visual Design, and Interaction Design.

- Experience in implementing data-driven decisions / analytics for UX design.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, InDesign, Zeplin, Miro, Illustrator is desirable.
