Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services - AI/ML Specialist - Data Modeling

Description :

- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.

- Develop and deploy AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into applications.

- Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art ML algorithms and AI techniques.

- Monitor and evaluate model performance, retraining models as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders.

- Ensure best practices for data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI/ML initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning

frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and

unstructured data.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML deployment tools (AWS SageMaker,

Azure ML, GCP AI Platform, or similar).

- Strong understanding of model evaluation metrics, optimization techniques, and

hyperparameter tuning.

- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, SQL/NoSQL databases) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD for ML pipelines.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
