Auriga - ERP Lead Consultant - Fashion Manufacturing Domain

Position Overview :

- Seeking an experienced ERP professional (5+ years) who has implemented ERP in Fashion Manufacturing.

- This role combines pre-sales consultancy, project leadership, product management, and team development, focusing on building custom ERPNext solutions for fashion manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities :

Pre-Sales Consulting :

- Engage with potential clients to analyze their fashion manufacturing requirements and demonstrate how ERPNext can address these needs.

- Prepare tailored demos, proposals, and responses to RFI/RFP documents for fashion sector clients.

- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams as a technical subject matter expert in ERP for apparel and textile manufacturing.

- Lead ERP Implementation.

- Oversee end-to-end ERPNext deployments-from business process mapping, customization, to integration-for fashion manufacturers.

- Ensure quality control, production planning, warehouse management, and supply chain modules are accurately implemented.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and client communications.

- Train and support users post-go-live to maximize ERP adoption.

Product Management :

- Work closely with stakeholders, engineering, and functional teams to define strategic product vision for ERPNext in fashion.

- Prioritize custom features with broader usability across multiple fashion manufacturers, creating a scalable product.

- Study industry trends, competitors, and client feedback to drive the product roadmap and ensure market fit.

Team Development :

- Build and mentor a team of functional consultants and business analysts for fashion ERP implementations.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation and customer success.

Qualifications :

- Graduate degree preference for candidates from NIFT or recognized fashion institutes.

- Minimum 5 year's experience with ERP implementations in the fashion manufacturing sector.

- Proven hands-on expertise on fashion-focused ERP platforms.

- Deep understanding of core modules-production scheduling, materials planning, inventory, purchasing, quality control, and B2B sales/operations.

- Demonstrable experience in pre-sales consulting and client engagement for ERP solutions.

- Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills.

- Willing to travel as required (NCR base, monthly visits to Jaipur)
