Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and business value.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, data processing, and software engineering best practices, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms tailored to business needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.

- Preprocess, analyze, and visualize large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights.

- Build scalable and maintainable ML pipelines and APIs for real-time and batch processing.

- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Stay updated with the latest research and industry trends in AI/ML and apply them to solve real-world problems.

- Conduct experiments and evaluate model effectiveness using appropriate metrics.

- Document model design, experiments, and outcomes comprehensively.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- PhD is a plus.

- Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development.

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

- Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

- Familiarity with data processing frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and big data technologies like Spark is advantageous.

- Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.

- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
