Job Purpose :
The AuraQuantic Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting the AuraQuantic platform to automate business processes, build low-code applications, integrate systems, and drive operational efficiency across the organisation. They will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to translate requirements into scalable solutions using AuraQuantic's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with business units to gather requirements, map existing processes, identify automation opportunities and improvement areas.
- Design and build automated workflows, forms, dashboards, and applications using AuraQuantic's process-orchestration, low-code, no-code features.
- Configure integrations with other systems (ERP, CRM, legacy apps, databases) to enable data flow and process orchestration.
- Develop and maintain process models, business rules, case management flows, document-processing logic and UI forms.
- Test, deploy, monitor and maintain the solutions; ensure smooth operations, performance monitoring, error handling, version control.
- Provide training and support to end users (business analysts, process owners, citizen developers) on the AuraQuantic platform.
- Develop documentation : process maps, solution design, functional/specification documents, user guides.
- Work with Continuous Improvement / Process Excellence teams to identify KPIs, monitor process performance and propose optimisations.
- Ensure compliance, governance, data security and auditability in the automated processes.
- Stay updated with upgrades, new features (e.g., AI/ML capabilities, document OCR, etc.) in AuraQuantic and evaluate adoption.
Skills & Experience Required :
Essential :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Systems / Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business process automation, workflow tools, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), workflow design, case management, process orchestration.
- Hands-on experience configuring or developing in AuraQuantic (or similar platforms) for process automation, forms UI, dashboards.
- Good knowledge of integration technologies : REST APIs, web services, databases, JSON, SOAP, etc.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills : ability to engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, document requirements and train users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable :
- Experience with document intelligence / OCR / intelligent document processing. (AuraQuantic supports this. (AuraQuantic))
- Familiarity with generative AI / machine-learning features and how they embed into process automation. (AuraQuantic offers generative AI tools. (AuraQuantic))
- Experience in a particular industry (finance, manufacturing, retail, etc) and the business processes in that domain.
- Certification in AuraQuantic platform (if offered) or related low-code/no-code credentials.
- Knowledge of change-management, user-adoption, training methodologies.
Key Metrics/Accountabilities :
- Number of business processes automated and deployed.
- Reduction in manual effort / turnaround time / error rate for automated processes.
- Uptime / reliability / user-satisfaction of AuraQuantic solutions.
- Number of business units onboarded / end-users trained.
- Time to deliver (from requirement to deployment) of automation projects.
- Value delivered (cost savings, efficiency gain) through process improvement.
Working Environment & Relationships :
- Works closely with : Process Owners, Business Analysts, IT / Infrastructure /Integration teams, Citizen Developers, QA/Test teams.
- Requires balance of business-facing work (requirements, workshops, training) and technical implementation.
- May travel/interact across departments/divisions.
- May involve working in agile or iterative project environments; under deadlines for business process improvement initiatives.
