Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership & Management :

- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT operations team, fostering collaboration and technical growth

- Oversee workload distribution, performance evaluations, and professional development

- Implement ITIL-based service management practices

2. Endpoint & Systems Management :

Manage full lifecycle of employee devices (laptops, mobile, peripherals) including :

- Standardised configuration and deployment

- Advanced troubleshooting and support

- Security compliance enforcement

Oversee enterprise software :

- Licensing management and compliance

- Patch management and version control

- Scheduled upgrades and migration planning

3. Vendor & Asset Management :

- Lead procurement and contract negotiations for hardware/software

- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate performance against SLAs

- Manage IT asset inventory and refresh cycles

4. Security & Compliance :

- Spearhead infosec audits (ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, ADHICS, ISO 22301) and

remediation

- Implement and maintain security patches and updates

- Develop/maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

5. Process Optimisation :

- Document and continuously improve IT SOPs and knowledge base

- Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows

- Manage change control processes for system updates

6. Stakeholder Engagement :

- Partner with department heads on technology needs

- Communicate IT initiatives and risks to executive leadership

- Manage cross-functional IT projects

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science or related field

- 7+ years IT management with 2+ years in leadership role

Expertise in :

- Endpoint management

- Software licensing and compliance tools

- Patch management systems

- Security frameworks and audit processes

- Strong project management and budgeting skills

- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

Preferred Certifications : ITIL, PMP, CISSP, ISO 27001, CISM, Microsoft 365
