Aufait Technologies - Senior User Experience Designer - Figma/Sketch

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

- Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.

- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.

- Advocate for best UX practices and maintain design consistency across projects.

- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design and impactful UX solutions.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and creative mindset.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

- Proficiency with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing processes.
