Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Sr. FICO Decision Manager / Blaze Advisor Developer to design, develop, and implement rule-based solutions using FICOs Business Rules Engine (BRE).

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Blaze Advisor, structured rule language (SRL), and a solid background in banking and financial domains.

Professional Experience :

- 8+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst in the software industry.

- Proven domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services.

- Hands-on experience in implementing rules-based solutions using Structured Rule Language (SRL) in FICO BRE.

- Proficient in unit testing, creating test cases, and performance tuning.

Programming Languages :

- Java

- SQL / PL-SQL

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business and implementation requirements.

- Perform business rules analysis and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop rules using Rule Flows, Rule Templates, Rule Sets, and Decision Table Metaphor.

- Define and enforce development guidelines for rule implementation.

- Manage XSDs and Data Object Models (DOM).

- Troubleshoot and resolve runtime issues using Blaze Debugger.

- Perform SRL code comparison using Blaze Compare tools and Beyond Compare.

- Conduct impact analysis and review test cases for accuracy.

- Collaborate effectively with offshore project teams.

- Communicate and coordinate with the project development team to ensure timely delivery.
