AU Small Finance Bank - Lead Business Analyst - Merchant Banking Domain

Responsibilities :

- 10 years and above of relevant experience

- Should have strong analytical, problem-solving ability and hands-on in Log level and API analysis.

- Good Understanding of APIs, Client-Server Architecture, Middleware and Relational Databases.

- Should be able to works in a Techno-functional role.

- Have a good knowledge in writing BRD/User Stories and good understanding of reviewing UI designs over Figma and other UI tools.

- Knowledge on Payment Gateway, UPI, BBPS, PFM, Remittances would be added advantage.

- Should understand Core-banking System/CRM/API Gateways etc.

- Should have good knowledge of Customer Interface such as Mobile App/Web/other Touch Points.

- Should be flexible to learn and move around technologies.

- Good verbal/written communication skills

- Flexible enough to adjust to changes in work, technology, team, etc.

- Should have a perfectionist approach to strive zero- defects in system.

- Should be able to track and plan multiple deliveries and their milestones.

- Should be able to mentor team, guide team to drive initiatives.

- Handle UAT/SIT environment.
