Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with strong backend development skills to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Work on database design, queries, and performance tuning.

- Ensure application security and data protection standards.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.

- Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture.

- Experience with REST API development.

- Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).

- Experience with Hibernate/JPA.

- Familiarity with Kafka / RabbitMQ (preferred).

- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes (preferred).

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of design patterns and system design.

- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Banking/Financial domain (preferred).

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Knowledge of API Gateway, Security (OAuth2, JWT).

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
