- Collect stats on the product performance, and coordinate with the internal product & development team for issues, features, enhancements, and resolutions.

- Understand analysis of software application functionality, application monitoring, and suggesting improvements.

- Provide necessary technical support for the team.

- Manage monthly and ad-hoc product releases.

- Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating severe concerns to the Senior Engineer and architects.

- Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.

- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.

- Should be providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.

- SLA Management

- Owns change management process.

Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar with 8+ years of experience.

- Familiarity with logs reading, Java & Linux.

- Strong knowledge of Postgres or RDBMS

- Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.

- Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and clients.

- Exceptional communication skills.
