- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

- Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.

- Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and approvals.

- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.

- Work on ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Configuration Management.

- Develop and maintain custom applications using the ServiceNow platform.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, debug scripts, and improve platform performance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident, Problem, Change, Request.

- JavaScript, Glide APIs, GlideRecord, GlideAjax.

- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.

- UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs.

- Service Catalog and Flow Designer.

- REST API and SOAP integrations.

- ServiceNow CMDB and workflow automation.

- Update Sets and application deployment.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification.

- Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.

- Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder.

- Knowledge of Agile methodology and ITIL processes.

- Experience working with enterprise or banking clients.
