We are looking for an experienced Automation Developer to join the Tech Controls team.

The role involves automating manual control activities, developing and maintaining control-testing scripts, and enhancing the existing Co-pilot Controls Agent.

The ideal candidate should have strong Java and/or Python development skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience designing and implementing automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Automate manual control activities and repetitive operational processes.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation scripts using Java and/or Python.

- Develop and enhance control-testing scripts to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.

- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the existing Co-pilot Controls Agent.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively recommend innovative solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and implementation activities.

- Communicate effectively with UK-based stakeholders and provide updates on progress, risks, and solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in software development, automation, and scripting.

- Strong hands-on programming experience in Java and/or Python.

- Experience developing automation frameworks, scripts, and reusable components.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable automation solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and drive solutions.

- Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and distributed teams.
