We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Application Modernisation - DevOps transformation initiative.

The client is modernising an estate of ~1,000 applications, involving application assessment, classification, containerisation of VM/On-Prem applications, and migration to a centralised DevOps deployment platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead application modernisation and migration initiatives.

- Drive application assessment, profiling, classification - migration planning.

- Coordinate containerisation of VM/On-Prem applications.

- Drive migration to centralised DevOps / deployment platforms.

- Manage project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks - blockers.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional technical teams.

- Ensure delivery within scope and timelines.

- Prepare clear status reports, blocker logs, ADR summaries - project documentation.

- Proactively manage escalations and stakeholder decisions.

What We're Looking For :

- Strong experience as a Project Manager in technology transformation.

- Proven experience in Cloud Migration / Application Modernisation.

- Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Containers, VM/On-Prem - Cloud.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience managing large-scale migration/modernisation programmes.

- Strong project planning, risk, dependency, and delivery management skills.
