Attero - Senior Python/React.js Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of fullstack developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

- Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable solutions for our web applications.

- Review code, provide feedback, and ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.

- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and resources to meet business objectives.

- Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other issues that may arise.

- Stay up- to- date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

- Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other departments within the company.

Requirements :

- B. Tech, MCA.

- 5- 8 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Proficiency in front- end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

- Strong understanding of back- end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.

- Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE :

- 5+ years of Python development experience

- Experience with the following Python libraries :

1. FastAPI, Flask, or Django

2. Pandas

- 5+ years of front- end development experience with JavaScript frameworks

- 5+ years of experience with SQL

- Experience working with structured and unstructured data

- Experience with Linux

- Experience with AWS
