Experience : 5+ Years (including 23 years in Aptra Activate)

Location : Dubai

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, upgrade, and maintain ATM software and hardware solutions.

- Deploy and support Aptra Activate across enterprise ATM networks.

- Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Monitor ATM performance, analyze logs, and optimize transaction processing.

- Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer, and support production incidents.

Technical Skills :

Must Have :


- 5+ years of experience with ATM product implementation and support.

- 2 to 3 years of expertise in NCR Aptra Activate or similar ATM software.

- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration for ATM environments.

- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, VPN, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with ATM middleware configuration, transaction processing, and switching systems.

- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and deployment.

- Experience with hardware components (card readers, cash dispensers, encrypting PIN pads).

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Linux-based ATM systems and secure firmware updates.

- Knowledge of ISO 8583 message formats and card network protocols (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Nagios) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).

- Experience with ITIL practices for change and incident management.
