Job Description :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira/Confluence/Atlassian Administrator.

- Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and automation.

- Experience with Atlassian Cloud Administration (preferred) or Data Center version.

- Knowledge of ScriptRunner, Insight (Assets), or Advanced Roadmaps is a plus.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integrations with CI/CD or ITSM tools.

- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum / ITIL processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.

- 5+ years' experience as Atlassian/JIRA Administrator.

- Strong interpersonal skills and client management experience.
