Role Overview:

As an Atlassian Cloud Developer at Tech Grow Global, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions and integrations within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications that enhance the user experience and streamline workflows. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and productivity of our clients, enabling them to leverage the full potential of the Atlassian suite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain custom Atlassian Cloud apps and integrations using Java, RESTful APIs, and other relevant technologies to meet specific client requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features that enhance the functionality and usability of Atlassian products.

- Deploy and manage Atlassian Cloud applications on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Atlassian Cloud applications, providing timely and effective support to users.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards for Atlassian Cloud development to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

- Integrate Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and improve data visibility for our clients.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain custom Atlassian Cloud apps and integrations using Java and RESTful APIs.

- Proven experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, including customization and administration.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with AWS services.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
