SharePoint Practice Lead (Individual Contributor with CoE responsibility)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a SharePoint Practice Lead (Individual Contributor) to establish and drive the SharePoint Center of Excellence (CoE) at Atlas. This role is highly technical and hands-on, while also being strategic - setting best practices, guiding adoption, and advising stakeholders on SharePoint optimization. The ideal candidate is a deep SharePoint technologist who can balance delivery with thought leadership, without direct people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

- Establish and own the SharePoint CoE - define standards, governance, and reusable frameworks.

- Evaluate current SharePoint environments, identify gaps, and recommend technical improvements.

- Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate.

- Deliver hands-on solutions in SharePoint Online & On-Premises (site design, workflows, integrations, performance tuning).

- Drive adoption by working directly with IT and business stakeholders.

- Serve as the technical authority and escalation point for SharePoint solutions.

- Partner with leadership to shape the SharePoint roadmap aligned to business goals.

Qualifications :

- 10-12+ years of deep SharePoint expertise, with at least 3+ years in an advisory / practice / CoE role.

- Mandatory : Extensive experience with Power Automate and automation workflows.

- Strong hands-on background in SharePoint Online and On-Premises (design, admin, dev, integrations).

- Experience defining best practices, governance, and security frameworks for SharePoint.

- Ability to advise stakeholders and influence adoption without formal managerial authority.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with PowerApps and Power BI.

- Exposure to Teams and Microsoft 365 suite.

- Knowledge of Agile delivery.
