Atlas Systems - Infrastructure DevSecOps Engineer

Role Title : Infrastructure DevSecOps Engineer

Location : Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Onsite at client location)

Experience : 6+ years

Domain : Infrastructure / Cloud / Security

Work Mode : 100% Onsite

Shift/Work Pattern : 6-day work week (2nd & 4th Saturday working, all Sundays off, client holiday calendar)

Responsibilities :

- Perform security patching, hardening, and vulnerability remediation for OS, middleware, and databases.

- Collaborate with product teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.

- Install, configure, and deploy HCL Unica application patches and upgrades.

- Monitor and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure system reliability.

- Support resiliency, backup, and disaster recovery (DR) processes.

- Participate in ITIL-based processes (incident, change, problem management).

Skills (Must Have) :

- 6+ years of experience in DevSecOps / Infrastructure engineering.

- Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

- RHEL Certification is mandatory.

- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

- Strong background in DevOps, monitoring processes, and tools.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to work in customer-facing roles.

Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift.

- Exposure to databases (relational, key-value, NoSQL).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience in deploying/managing web applications, web servers, and application frameworks in VM and cloud environments.

- Certifications in AWS / Red Hat / OpenShift.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (or related field).

- RHEL Certification (mandatory).

- Additional certifications in AWS, OpenShift, or other cloud technologies are a plus.
