Atlas Systems - AI/ML Lead - NLP/Computer Vision

Who we are looking for :

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead with a strong background in AI/ML and expertise in delivering scalable AI solutions across diverse problems. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of translating business requirements into impactful AI solutions.

Prior experience in Business Analysis, Product Management or Program Management is a plus. The candidate must have a strong educational background and be capable of collaborating directly with clients to ensure that AI solutions align with industry standards and regulations and hunger towards staying updated on the latest AI/ML trends and advancements, particularly in areas like Large Language Models (LLMs), generative and Agentic AI, and innovative deployment techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to design and implement solutions tailored to industry requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards in data security, risk assessment, and compliance.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify AI opportunities within client organizations, helping them leverage AI for enhanced decision-making, and operational efficiency.

- Engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting AI-driven insights and strategies tailored to the client context.

Key Requirements :

Education :

- Certifications in AI/ML are advantageous.

Experience :

- Prier experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Program Management.

- Leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.

- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.

Required Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques, including predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and process automation.

- Expertise in LLMs, including fine-tuning, optimization, and large-scale deployment.

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and different frameworks for it.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and MLOps practices for AI model deployment.

- Experience with tools like LangChain and models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.
