Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and architecture teams.

- Define scope, roadmap, milestones, and delivery governance for multi-quarter initiatives.

- Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, and cross-team alignment to ensure on-time delivery.

- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation plans proactively.

- Translate technical requirements into clear execution plans and decision-ready summaries.

- Partner with architects and engineers to review designs, evaluate trade-offs, and unblock technical issues.

- Manage stakeholder communication with clear status updates, dashboards, and executive reporting.

- Handle change management, impact analysis, and scope control with discipline.

- Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless delivery.

- Track budgets, resources, and operational metrics to improve predictability and delivery velocity.

- Champion process improvements, delivery frameworks, and quality standards across teams

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Excellent leadership and communication skill

- 10 + years experience in project management role a must(Professional Services)

- PMP Certified

- Agile Scrum Certified (CSM)

- Experience in any of these domain-Data & AI , Cloud Platform & Engineering {Application Engineering, Application Modernisation, Cloud and automation} (5), Infrastructure & Integrated Service.

- Professionals with expertise across diverse domains that GCC works upon. These are specific to above domains and need to be at Senior level to take up any project across domains if need be.

- Strong communication skills to manage complex, multi-domain projects and engage stakeholders & leadership effectively.

- Ability to strategize and orchestrate projects end-to-end, ensuring both delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

- Must be well-versed in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

- Capable of driving large and complex deals ensuring customer happiness & satisfaction through proactive engagement and value delivery.

- Should be able to articulate well on what critical deals has he or she managed.
