- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in development

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Java

- Proficiency in Spring REST for backend services

- Solid experience in React with Redux for frontend development

- Good understanding of web application architecture and RESTful design principles

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
