Job Title: Visualization Specialist - Unleashing Customer Insights & Engagement through Data

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement advanced dashboards and interactive reports using :

1. Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics)

2. AWS QuickSight

3. Databricks Lakehouse Platform

- Translate complex data sets into compelling, actionable visual insights to enhance customer engagement.

- Detect and illustrate patterns, predict customer behaviour, and identify opportunities for :

1. Personalized outreach

2. Optimized customer journeys

- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across multiple platforms and tools.

- Work extensively with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer 360 Audiences/Genie) to:

1. Unify customer data from multiple sources

2. Enable real-time 360-degree customer views

- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with the Databricks Lakehouse to build a connected, data-driven ecosystem.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) within the Lakehouse architecture.

- Use visual storytelling techniques to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value through data.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, AWS QuickSight, and Databricks.

- Strong skills in data visualization, dashboard design, and storytelling through data.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integration and real-time analytics.

- Proficiency in ETL processes within a modern data lakehouse environment.

- Analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving business problems through data.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
