Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to support, configure, and manage security infrastructure across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major firewall vendors, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to network security and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and manage network security devices including Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Cisco Firewalls

- Provide Level 2/3 support for network security incidents and technical troubleshooting

- Ensure compliance with change management procedures and policies

- Maintain and enhance documentation of network environments

- Implement and monitor security tools, policies, and procedures

- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive timely issue resolution

- Conduct regular network audits and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in network security and infrastructure support

- Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, load balancers, and VPNs

- Strong knowledge of BGP (enterprise level)

- Proficiency in Azure and/or AWS networking

- Experience in enterprise and data center networking environments

- Certifications: Cisco CCNP or Palo Alto PCNSE

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications :

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Familiarity with Juniper, Check Point, or other firewall vendors

- Knowledge of ITIL processes

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
