Astersol - Full Stack Lead - Java/AngularJS

Job Description :

We are looking for a Lead Full-stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Angular to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves coding, team mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Good Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

- Hands on Experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx

- Strong experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB

- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies

- Experience leading and mentoring tech teams.

- Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications

- Oversee the complete development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment

- Make architectural decisions and ensure code quality

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices

- Manage and mentor a team of developers

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps

- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues

- Continuously improve development processes and practices.
