We are seeking a passionate and experienced Angular Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in Angular frameworks and UI technologies and will lead the front-end development of scalable web applications. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, top-notch performance, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development efforts using Angular, Angular Material, and PrimeNG.

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code.

- Provide clear daily updates on plan, progress, and blockers to customers and internal teams.

- Ensure optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

- Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise effective solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior team members and perform code reviews.

- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver a smooth customer experience.

- Quickly adapt and learn new technologies relevant to project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of front-end development experience.

- Expert in Angular (latest versions), Angular Material, PrimeNG, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON.

- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modular coding.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.

- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.

- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.

- Experience working in client-facing roles.

- Knowledge of back-end technologies for full-stack coordination.
