- 12+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies, with a strong focus on technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting leadership roles.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, and delivering complex data and AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

- Deep and demonstrable expertise across the Google Cloud Data & AI stack :

1. Core Data Services : BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Composer, Data Catalog, Dataplex.

2. AI/ML Services : Vertex AI (including MLOps, Workbench, Training, Prediction, Explainable AI), Generative AI offerings (e.g., Gemini, Imagen), Natural Language API, Vision AI, Speech-to-Text, Dialogflow, Recommendation AI.

3. BI & Visualization : Looker, Data Studio.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and closing multi-million dollar deals involving complex data and AI solutions on cloud platforms.

- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

- Strong commercial acumen and experience in structuring complex deals, including pricing models, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business benefits.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Master's degree or MBA preferred.

- Google Cloud Professional Certifications are highly preferred (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, Professional Machine Learning Engineer).

- Ability to travel as required to client sites and internal meetings.
