Associate Technical Support Engineer - ERP Platform

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize freight pay processes, ensuring smooth operations.

- Support front-end development tasks and resolve technical issues with Java SE and HTML.

- Troubleshoot and maintain Atomic Scheduling Tool for job execution and monitoring.

- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve system issues effectively.

- Diagnose, document, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams where necessary.

- Ensure high accuracy in reporting, reconciliation, and freight payment processing.

Education & Qualifications :

Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelors preferred).

Experience :

1- 3 years of experience in technical support or system administration (preferably in logistics or freight pay systems).

Technical Skills :

- Experience troubleshooting and supporting freight pay systems and ERP platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Atomic Scheduling Tool troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with freight payment workflows and ERP integration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
