We are looking for an Associate Technical Lead to design and build a highly scalable and extensible big data platform. The role involves working on large-scale systems that support data collection, storage, processing, modeling, and analytics across multiple channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and big data systems

- Build and enhance microservices-based architecture

- Work on end-to-end development including design, coding, testing, and deployment

- Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement understanding and delivery

- Apply best engineering practices in development and deployment

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Java

- Spring Boot framework experience

- Microservices architecture understanding and implementation

- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms knowledge

- Experience in building scalable backend systems
