Job Overview :

We are looking for an Associate Solution Architect with strong software engineering fundamentals and experience in cloud technologies, microservices, and distributed systems. The candidate will collaborate with senior architects, development teams, and DevOps engineers to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions. The role involves contributing to architectural decisions, cloud-native implementations, system integrations, and technical improvements across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and technical requirements and contribute to solution architecture and design.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Support cloud architecture and development using Microsoft Azure and AWS.

- Contribute to microservices-based applications and distributed systems.

- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes.

- Design and integrate APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.

- Participate in architecture reviews, technical evaluations, and design discussions.

- Apply best practices for application security, scalability, availability, and performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions.

- Maintain architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution design documentation.

Required Technical Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, technical architecture, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud services.

- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, software design patterns, and system integration.

- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of cloud security, scalability, performance tuning, and application reliability.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-native architecture and managed cloud services.

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Azure ARM/Bicep.

- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

- Experience with AI/ML platforms, data engineering, or enterprise SaaS solutions.

- AWS or Microsoft Azure certifications.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
