Job Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build Glider AI's next-generation platform.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, innovating continuously, and working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and elegant web applications

- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver exceptional end-user experiences

- Work across front-end and back-end layers of the application

- Test, debug, and maintain application software throughout the product lifecycle

- Architect and develop reusable and scalable components

- Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to improving system performance and reliability.

Requirements :

- Any graduate with strong programming fundamentals

- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js

- Working knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and MySQL

- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design basics

- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks

- Willingness to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality outcomes
