Job Title : Associate Software Engineer - MERN

Job Description :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, building scalable backend APIs, and delivering excellent user experiences in collaboration with UI/UX designers and other developers.

To be successful, you should have a strong understanding of JavaScript, experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and a proactive mindset toward solving complex technical problems.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Develop scalable and maintainable full-stack web applications using MERN technologies

- Design and implement RESTful APIs

- Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end logic and services

- Write clean, efficient, and testable code

- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

- Troubleshoot and debug application issues

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements/Skills :

- 1 year (or internship) experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack

- Strong understanding of JavaScript and ES6+ features

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous request handling

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git

- Knowledge of front-end tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM

- Understanding of deployment and hosting environments

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Education :

- BTech or relevant educational background in Computer Science or related fields
