We are looking for an Associate Project Manager who can support project execution, client coordination, and requirement documentation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of APIs, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking project deliverables

- Coordinate with clients to gather and clarify requirements

- Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and PRD (Product Requirement Documents)

- Act as a point of contact between clients, development, and internal stakeholders

- Support API-related discussions and understand data flows and integrations

- Track timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure smooth delivery

- Prepare meeting notes, MOMs, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management

- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in client handling and stakeholder coordination

- Hands-on experience in creating BRD and PRD documents

- Good organizational and documentation skills

- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology is a plus

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to SaaS or tech product environments

- Basic knowledge of SDLC

- Tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
