We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation solutions at existing and new clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial operation processes, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze large volumes of data.

The Technical Program manager will drive process excellence and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle and beyond.

Skills :
- Should have at least 1 to 3 years of project/program management

- Experience in Financial Services/Banking/NBFC/Fintech companies only.

- Hands-on proficiency in data analysis and SQL querying, with ability to work on large datasets

- Ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

- Experience in process analysis, optimization, and mapping for operational efficiency.

- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Good expertise in financial operations processes and workflows with proven implementation experience.
