The Role :

As a Product Management Associate, you will :

- Support the CTO in product development, technical documentation, and day-to-day product management.

- Coordinate with the tech team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

- Drive daily product management activities, tracking milestones and deliverables.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, product specifications, and user guides for new technologies developed by Massive Mobility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.

What Were Looking For :

To join our team, you should be :

- A graduate from a Tier-1 college (IT/Computer Science) with 13 years of experience in product management or technical roles.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in technical writing.

- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and managing technical projects.

- Passionate about electric vehicles and energy technology.

Note : Prior exposure to technical documentation and project management will be an added advantage. Experience in the EV industry is mandatory.

Youre a Perfect Fit If You Have :

- Strong technical understanding with exceptional documentation skills.

- Excellent product management and organizational abilities.

- Proven experience in writing technical specifications and user guides.

- Proficiency in software tools (e.g., Jira) and documentation software (e.g., Confluence, Notion).

- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
