Associate Product Manager

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of product management experience and a proven track record of developing and scaling products in fast-paced, agile environments.

Youll drive product strategy, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that address customer needs in health insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee end-to-end product development, from ideation and design to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Customer-Centric Solutions : Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to understand customer needs and pain points, particularly within health insurance.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality products.

- Roadmap & Prioritization : Define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap based on data-driven insights and business priorities.

- Performance Tracking : Define KPIs and track product performance, making data-informed adjustments to improve user experience and engagement.

- Compliance & Regulation : Stay updated on health insurance industry standards and ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications :

experience with tools like SQL, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly

articulate product requirements and strategies.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-

pressure situations.
